Mix order & small order are accepted,No MOQ is required if the stock is available



2.How can I make a order?

First,pls tell us the item No. which you're interested in or send us pictures which you're looking for. We'll quote price for you. Then,you can choose the items you'd like to order and tell us items No. & quantity.,After that,we'll make invoice for you..

Next,you can make payment according to the invoice and inform us after you make payment and tell us your post address,contact phone.,

Following that,we'll prepare for these goods for you and send to you when they are ready.

Finally,we'll give you tracking No. when it's available



3.Which country do you ship to?

We deliver to nearly all of the world with international express delivery.



4.What's your payment ?

Paypal,T/T,Western Union,Moneygram,Escrow etc.



5. What's your lead time?

If the goods are in stock, usually can be shipped within 1-3 working days once you make payment.if not in stock,it depands on what's kind of goods & quantity,if need custom make,it will take 7-30 days.



6.What's the Return Policy?

1).For any reason, you are not satisfied with the items, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days after you received your item and you will undertake the return shipping cost.

2).We will process your return request within 2-5 days after we receive the item.The returned order must be unused and in their original condition.

3).We have examined the quality of each product,but it don’t rule out a bad packet in transportion.

Yes,we can customize the product with your logo.



9.What's your shipping way & shipping cost?

Usually we ship goods via DHL,we also can send by others ways as your request such as FEDEX,UPS,EMS,TNT.the shipping cost depends on the weight of your package & delivery address.

The price does not include taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. To ensure you pay minimum tax, we will declare the goods with low value.
